Booking your Holiday:

Upon booking your holiday with Timeless Egypt a 70.00 GBP deposit per person/per tour is required to confirm your reservation. Once we have received your chosen travel arrangements, as well as your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail. Check this confirmation, together with all other documents, to ensure they fully agree with your instructions. After confirmation, we will send you an invoice of the remaining balance to be paid either by Cash/Visa/Master Card or Travelers Cheque upon your arrival in Cairo.

Amendments:

Please advise us immediately should you wish to make any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed. When a member of your party is prevented from traveling (due to work commitments or personal injuries), please ensure that they contact our customer service, with their booking details, no less than 14 days before departure. If you require amendments to your bookings then please send your quiry to us by fax or recorded delivery. The terms for this option are listed below: 

Cancellation or amendments before departure:
- More than 4 weeks notice: All deposit refunded.
- Less than 4 weeks notice: Non-refundable deposit.

Insurance:

It is the travelers' responsibility to ensure that adequate travel insurance is obtained prior to departure.

Tour Prices:

The prices in our brochure and website are valid until January 1, 2017. Timeless Egypt reserves the right to alter the prices as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates or transfer prices. In this case, an amended invoice will be sent to the client. If the alteration results in an increase of more than 15% of the original price quoted, the client may cancel the booking and obtain a full deposit refund.

Children’s Policy:

- 5 years of age and younger can accompany you without charge

- 6 to 11 years of age receive a 50% discount

- 12 years of age and over will be charged the same rate as an adult

Unused Services:

No refund or compensation is exchangeable, neither can it can be obtained from Timeless Egypt for any unused accommodation, service or feature. If clients make any alterations to any portion of their holiday it will be completely at their own expense.

Responsibilities:

Timeless Egypt only accepts responsibility for arrangements of your holiday which are wholly within its control. Timeless Egypt has no direct control over outside agents, but will give all reasonable assistance in resolving any complaint or claim.

Timeless Egypt accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses arising from: delays; transport failure; strikes; political unrest; fire and flood or government action.

Holidy description:

The information about the tours featured here was given in good faith and considered accurate at the time of publication. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that it might be necessary to verify or modify any tour itinerary or its contents due to local prevailing conditions, and you agree to be bound by the tour leader or representative. If this occurs, Timeless Egypt reserves the right to substitute alternative arrangements without compensation and accept no liability for  loss of enjoyment of the holiday described in the brochure as a result of such changes.

Passport, Visa and Health Requirements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party have all necessary passports and visas prior to departure. For those booking tours in Egypt, a full Egyptian visa is required.
We cannot accept any responsibility if you are denied entry into the country or onto any flight due to inadequate travel documentation. Any costs or expenses incurred as a result will be your responsibility although details of current passports, visas and health documents required for your arrangements are available upon request.  It is advised that you remain up to date with all travel information due to any unpreventable changes to requirements.

Please inform our staff immediately if you have feedback about our services and any aspect of your holiday arrangements. If you encounter any problems with expenses, costs or losses, we will assist you in mitigating it.
